Who we are

MeetMacros is a meal-membership service based in Montréal, Québec. You can reach us any time at hello@meetmacros.com.

The $1 founding reservation

Before launch you can reserve a founding spot for $1. This $1 is a reservation fee. It holds your spot and locks in your founding rate. It is not a payment for meals, and it is not credited toward any future order.

If you cancel before August 26, 2026, we refund your $1 automatically. You do not need to ask. Reserving a spot does not start your weekly billing — that starts at launch, on August 26, 2026.

Your membership and weekly billing

MeetMacros is a weekly membership. We charge you every Tuesday from 11:00 AM (Montréal time).

Each weekly charge pays for the following week — the box delivered the Tuesday after. So you always pay a week ahead of the food you receive.

We remind you before every charge. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The amount you are billed is the price locked to your plan when you reserved — we do not quietly change it, even if our formula changes later.

How your price is set

Your weekly price is built from your own daily targets — your calories and your protein. The weekly price is never less than $145: if your numbers work out to less than that, you pay $145; if they work out to more, you pay what your numbers give. Because the numbers come from your body and your goal, your price is personal to you.

A Custom (Plus) plan, with targets tuned to you, adds $35 per week. Founding members have this $35 per week waived for life — you keep the base price.

Your founding rate stays locked even while you pause.

Delivery

We cook and deliver across the island of Montréal, once a week, refrigerated. Each box has 15 chef-cooked meals — 5 breakfasts and 10 mains — enough for 5 weekdays. Delivery is free.

You choose a delivery window of at least 5 hours, between 9 AM and 9 PM. We cook on the weekend and deliver on Tuesday. Your first box arrives Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Choosing and changing your meals

You pick your meals from a menu that changes every week. Your picks are saved preferences, not a locked order. You can change them any time until the menu locks Saturday at 3:00 PM (Montréal time) for the coming week. After that Saturday lock, that week's box is set.

Skip, pause, and cancel

You are always in control of your membership.

• Skip a week: we skip exactly one upcoming delivery and do not charge you for it. The week after resumes as normal, at the same rate.
• Pause: we stop your future charges and deliveries, and your rate stays locked for when you come back. Pausing is for the future only — it does not refund a charge we have already made. Because each charge pays a week ahead, a week you have already paid for is still delivered.
• Cancel: you can cancel any time, in the app or by replying to any email from us. If you cancel before August 26, 2026, we refund your $1 automatically. If you cancel after launch, we stop your future weeks; a week you have already paid for is still delivered.

Satisfaction guarantee

Every order comes with a satisfaction guarantee. Not happy with a box? Tell us and we’ll refund it — no questions asked.

Email us at hello@meetmacros.com about the box you were not happy with, and we refund that box.

First-week results guarantee

Eat only your MeetMacros meals and snacks for your first week. If you do not see results, your first week is free — we apply it as a credit to your account. We take your word for it.

Payments

Stripe handles all payments. Your card number goes straight to Stripe. We never see it or store it. If a weekly charge fails, we email you a secure link to fix it before that week's menu locks; a week that is not paid is not cooked or delivered.

Allergies, ingredients, and health

You tell us your food allergies, and we filter your menu to leave them out. You can update your restrictions any time in the app. Please still read the ingredients on your meals.

MeetMacros builds meals to nutrition targets. It is a food service, not medical or dietary advice. Talk to your doctor or a dietitian before making big changes, especially if you have a health condition.

Your account

MeetMacros is for adults. You must be at least 18 to reserve a spot or become a member. Keep your login private — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Referrals

If a friend joins with your code, they get $20 off their first week and you get $20 off yours. Referral credits have no cash value and can be changed or ended if they are misused.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we post the new date at the top and, when needed, tell you in the app or by email. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep your membership after a change, you accept the new terms.
