You'll gain access to our weekly order form where you can choose out of 9 meals and 3 breakfast options  you'd like to receive for the week. 

All meals will have the exact same calories based on your fitness goals.

Based on your answers, we calculate the optimal balance of protein, carbs, and fats tailored just for you, ensuring each meal is perfectly aligned with your goals—whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  • Every meal is custom-built to match your exact macro needs—so you're only paying for what your body actually needs to hit your goals. No flat rates, no overpaying—just smart, efficient fueling.

  • Every week contains as different menu set all decided by our chefs (chef’s choice) to ensure meals do not become boring.

  • You have the ability to cancel your subscription at anytime via Stripe or simply text 613-290-7435 with your full name and inquiry. You can also email hello@meetmacros.com for assistance.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your meals! If you find that you're not happy with your order, here’s how we handle it:

    1. Free Replacement: First, we'll offer a free replacement for the meals you didn’t enjoy.

    2. Compensation: If a replacement isn’t necessary, we’ll provide compensation in the form of credits toward your next order.

    3. Full Refund: If you're still not satisfied, we’ll issue a full refund for your order.
